Shipping

Shipment processing time:

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

* Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of the order being processed.

Customs, Duties and Taxes:

Aerovex Systems is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages:

Aerovex Systems is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.


Returns and Refunds

Thank you for shopping at Aerovex Systems! In the event that you are not fully satisfied with any item you purchase, we happily accept returns on any items within 15 calendar days of delivery date. Thus, If you want to return or exchange your purchase, please know that the time period begins the day you receive your product.

Additionally, in order to be eligible for a return, your item must be undamaged and returned in the same condition you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging with all components and/or accessories.

Please note: We cannot accept a return outside of the 15 day window.

Restocking Fees

  • A 10% restocking charge will be applied to all returns of portable units.
  • A 20% restocking fee will be charged for all non-defective products.
  • A 25% restocking fee will be deducted if a return is inspected and found not to be in resalable condition (i.e. used/dirty
  • filter).

Shipping and Handling

  • Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
  • Aerovex may deduct return shipping costs from your refund amount.
  • Shipping costs associated with Free Shipping and/or Discounted Shipping promotions will be deducted from the
    refund amount in the event of return.
  • Returns must be pre-paid and Aerovex Systems cannot accept C.O.D deliveries.
  • If Aerovex Systems pre-pays return shipping, all return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

Final Sale

  • All Ceiling Mount Units are Final sale.
  • All replacement or spare parts are final sale.
  • All Filters are final sale. In the event that the wrong replacement filter is ordered, contact us to obtain an
    exchange. All shipping costs associated with an exchanged will be charged prior to exchange.
  • All special ordered or custom-made products are final sale.

Accounts will be credited following the receipt, inspection, and approval of returned products.


Warranty

All Aerovex Products come with a one (1) year Warranty. This Warranty applies only to the repair or replacement of any manufactured or supplied part of this product which, upon inspection by Aerovex authorized personnel, proves to have failed in normal use due to defects in material or workmanship.

The sole responsibility of Aerovex under this Warranty is, in its sole discretion, to either repair or replace a duly registered product (or defective part thereof) with the same or a comparable model within a reasonable period of time, subject to the following exclusions, limitations, statutory rights and warranty claim procedures.

Exclusions to the Warranty

This Warranty does not apply, or is void, as to any product or part damaged by (1) accident, misuse, abuse, or lack of reasonable care or normal maintenance; (2) installation or operation under conditions other than those recommended by Aerovex Systems (3) subjecting the product to any but the specified voltage; (4) servicing or disassembly by unauthorized personnel; (5) removing or defacing the serial number; or (6) modifying the original factory-assembled unit in any way.

This Warranty does not apply to shipping charges for product shipped to or from the manufacturer or designated distributor in connection with warranty claims nor does it apply to any damages that occur during such shipment.

This Warranty does not apply to replacement filters.

Extend your warranty to 3 or 5 years (depending on the brand of your system) by joining our subscribe & Save program. eceive filters on a regular basis, ensuring your system is maintained and fully functioning.
